The next morning, I got ready for the office with a normal T-shirt and Jeans. When I came out for breakfast. Maa asked me to change and wear some date kind of clothes. You know what the strange thing is, whenever I speak with Prakash, I feel good but at the same time when I speak with my parents about the same that weird feeling comes back.
Me: “Maa, Prakash is a simple guy, I don’t want to wear anything to make him uncomfortable.” Maa: “OK, as you wish.”
I tried booking a cab but could not.
Me: “Paa, can you drop me on the way to your office.” Dad: “Sure!”
Dad dropped me at my office. Dheeraj: “you feeling ok today? Take it easy today.”
Me: “yeah better than yesterday.”
I opened my mailbox and cleared my backlog tasks and in no time, it was 1pm IST.
I came to the office canteen, ordered a wrap, found a space, and sat there.
Tanggg… message from Prakash: “Decided any place?”
Me:” There is good coffee place near my office.”
I texted him the address and time.
Prakash:” Alright! Should I pick you or you can reach there?”
Me: “Thanks! But I will manage.”
Prakash: “ok”
After a few hours...
Prakash texted, “I am starting from my office, it will take 30 mints.” Me:” Ok, it will take me 10 mints at max to reach” After 15 mints...
I finished my work, packed my bag, and texted Prakash “I am starting from office, will reach in 10 mints”
Prakash: “Cool, See you then.”
I reached and messaged him “Reached, where are you?” Prakash: “In the parking lot, coming in 2 mints.”
Me: “Yeah ok!”
Me to the waiter: “Table for 2.”
He showed me the table and gave me the menu card. Me: “Thanks, will order in a bit.”
I was surfing the menu when Prakash arrived.
He saw me and came to the table.
Prakash: “Hi!”
Me: “Hey, Hi!”
